The person moving out can move out on March 1st (3/1/2010). We're looking for someone ideally for a year or more. I am open to a 6+ month sublet. This is a super cute place in an amazing location, a nice place to call home. Location: We are a 6-7 min walk to Kendall sq. and a 4-5 minute walk to the Central Sq T. It's a 2-3 min walk to MIT, 5-10 minute bike or bus ride to Harvard, 10 to BU. There are several buses, including the 1 bus, CT2, all of the Linwood/medical area buses, the EZ Ride Bus (Blue bus), and MIT Saferide all by our house. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and essentials (supermarket, hardware, etc.) 5 min walk by our house. The Room: I have a 12'x 15' room with 2 big sunny windows and a closet in a small cute unit brick building in Cambridge. The room, price, and location can not be beat. We have a nice view throughout the apartment and are above our neighbors. THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE March 1st, 2010.

I am subletting my bedroom in a four-bed, one-bath apartment on Symphony Road in Boston from January-August 2010. The apartment is on the top floor of a four-story walk-up building; it has a very big kitchen- actually it consists of two rooms, and it has a dishwasher and tons of cabinet space. There’s laundry in the basement of the building. I can sublet the bedroom furnished or unfurnished (I’d prefer unfurnished since I’m going to be selling the bedroom furniture, but I can leave it for you through August if you need it). The bedroom furniture consists of a full-size bed, a bureau with bookshelves and a small desk and chair. My roommates are three girls (female sub letters only, please!), Northeastern University seniors, who will all be in class next semester. They’re all very clean and respectful of each other. We don’t hold parties in the apartment so please, if you want to live here, be respectful of that.

We are two BU senior girls looking for someone to take over our third roommate's lease because she is moving out to live with her boyfriend. We are clean, organized, and friendly non-smokers. We live on the top floor of a quiet building with an elevator located on the 1100 block Comm Ave, right near Packard's Corner. Coin-op laundry in available in the basement. The landlord and super take excellent care of the building and it is in great condition. The available bedroom is the largest of the 3 bedrooms in the apartment and is very sunny. Our apartment has hardwood floors, a galley kitchen, a spacious living/dining area, and a large full bathroom. Rent is $733/mo which includes heat and hot water. Cable, internet, and electric are separate. Preferably looking for somebody who is willing to take over the lease from Dec 1 through August 31st, but please inquire if you have different dates in mind.
