Normal high tide goes 3/4 under the house. Stairs lead directly to the water. There is a large wrap around porch and a sun deck. There is a full working Kitchen. The cottage does have Cable TV, and a DVD/ VCR player. There are 3 bedrooms, one double, two rooms with two sets of twins beds (4). The village of Onset, white sandy public beach and great restaurants are located within walking distance. Kayaks and motor boat rentals are located nearby as well. If you own your own boat, the public boat ramp is conveniently less then 200 yards. You can even fish for stripers /sea bass right off of porch (high tide) or walk down the street to a "fishing" bridge. Also from the porch and deck, you can enjoy picturesque sunrises and sunsets.
